What do you do at Huxley Morton?
I focus on the International business and oversee the sales strategy at Huxley Morton. I'm heavily focused on day to day running of the company, including the training of all new Consultants.
What's your Favourite thing about working at Huxley Morton?
There are many things that I love about Huxley Morton. Firstly, I'm immensely proud of the business that we've built from the ground up and of the great like-minded and passionate team that we've got here. Coming to work each day is a joy and I love driving the business forward with Lucy and the team. We have many more exciting plans for Huxley Morton over the coming years.
What do you like doing outside of Huxley Morton?
When I'm not at Huxley Morton or working on Huxley Morton projects from home, I enjoy watching my young son grow and develop. I'm also a massive sports fan and having previously been on the GB Boxing team I like to keep myself fit with plenty of workouts in the gym and the occasional run.
What do you do at Huxley Morton?
I head up the Operational side of the business and assist our clients in finding the best candidates for all their project-based assignments. I also manage the marketing and direction of Huxley Morton.
What's your Favourite thing about working at Huxley Morton?
Back in 2016 James and I co-founded Huxley Morton as a fresh-faced start-up, full of ideas and potential. The best thing about working at Huxley Morton is being able to grow continually and develop, both as people and as a business. We've built an amazing team here and everyone is very passionate about what they do which makes working at Huxley Morton an absolute pleasure.
What do you like doing outside of Huxley Morton?
Outside of Huxley Morton, I spend my time running around after my young son. James and I like to keep fit so enjoy getting out for long walks, early mornings in the gym and brainstorming all things Huxley Morton. The creative mind never stops when it comes to our passion for the business.
